Check if any probations ending-do perm letters & get them onto benefits

Issue telephone codes to new staff (excel spreadsheet)

Check if any contracts need to be extended

Update organogram on a monthly basis, send it out monthly with the contact list. BEE:

Gather BEE docs for SED, SD & ED

Getting BEE certificates/ affidavits from suppliers – through (engineering); finance

(creditors) & travel bookings

LEAVE:

Check leave, bi-weekly to ensure it is captured correctly

Inform HR Manager where staff have gone over 20 days leave balance

Balances must be zero’d when a staff member leaves and balance is paid out

Capturing Lesotho staff leave separately

BENEFITS:

Add permanent staff onto Medical aid and Provident Fund after probation

Remove leaving employees from Medical Aid and Provident Fund

Assist with queries related to benefits

Give advice and explain different medical aid options. Maternity Leave:

Draw up maternity leave contracts
