Field Marketing Coordinator

●Manage marketing strategies and tactics. Create business plans to help restaurants meet quarterly sales goals, using the marketing calendar to support brand awareness initiatives to increase sales and transactions.

●Provided multi-restaurants (55) support within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with an annual Local Store Marketing budget of $255K that contributes an ROI achieving $30M in sales.

●Send clear and precise communication and correspondence to operation team (67) (DO's, AM's, and GM's) on corporate and field marketing initiatives to develop and implement a strategic business plan to support the quarterly brand marketing calendar and underperforming restaurants,

●Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings and LSM workshops and Excel for spreadsheets for reporting sales redemptions, tracking and database, and Word general correspondence and templates.

●Hosted Local Store Marketing Workshops for the GMs and AM's on 4-Wall Marketing; product samplings, POP orders, placements, menu pricing, and increasing zone B2B program to 100% participation provides ongoing training as needed.

Field Marketing Administrative

Provide all administrative support for the field marketing team; Director, two - Regional Managers, and six -Coordinators.

Assisted field director and team with Local Store Marketing strategic planning, budgets, 4-Wall Marketing initiatives, event planning, preparing quarterly reports, compiling marketing materials, creating spreadsheets and Powerpoint presentations for quarterly field and operations meetings.

●Review, reconcile and dispute any field team invoice miscoding and amount discrepancies, order office supplies, process mileage reimbursement, and expense reports. Also, correspondences for mail and emails, make travel upon request, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and conference calls, submit new vendor set-up and check request to AP, and onboarding new hires orientations.
