I have Completed Industrial Training with IHG Group of Hotel (Hotel Crowne Plaza), Greater Noida in Food Production in Indian Kitchen .AS Well as Continental Food Knowledge.

Objective

To Secure a position as a trainee at one of the best Hospitality service providing organization in State, and to contribute from my end by providing best quality food to the guests by using my culinary skills.

Duties and Responsibilities performed during Industrial training.

I have worked as an Industrial Trainee with Hotel Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida in Food Production department in India Kitchen for Six Month. It has been a great Learning and working experience for me. I have gone through different food production activities as given below

•Loading, Unloading of Raw foods

•Wrap and unwrap of all raw food.

•Tagging of Raw food by date.

•Good Experience of cooking preparing Indian Food including Chicken and Mutton Dishes, Sea Food Dishes, and Vegetarian Dishes.

•Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitary condition in kitchen.

•Operating of stoves, microwaves, fryers, and grills

•Preparing of gravies including Makhani gravy, Onion Tomato gravy, and white gravy.

•Weighed and measured all Ingredients used in dishes effectively.

Professional Education

I did one year full time diploma in food production from IHM-RIG which is affiliated from AHLEI (AMERICAN HOTEL & LODGING EDUCATION INSTITUTE )
