Conducted independent on-site physical inspections of multi-family units throughout the state for Mark To Market Program. Worked with Comptrollers to Ensure that Allocated Funds were Utilized Properly Departmental Technical Advisor on State and Federal Housing Finance Legislation. Assisted in the finance compliance monitoring and reporting functions on both federal and state funds. Reviewed and analyzed market studies to determine Funding needed for site assessments and improvements Housing Authority of New Orleans July 1999 – December 2000 Multi-family Program Development Manger

Responsible for the Development of Two Multi-Family Housing Developments, and Oversight of the Agency’s Turn Key III sites:

Construction Manager for Turn Key III sites. Responsible for construction costs and physical rehabilitation. Coordinated the Agency’s Americans with Disabilities Act compliance plan. Agency technical advisor on all Tax Credit developments. Conducted regulatory seminars and public hearings on tax credit utilization, HOPE VI, and other federal grants for to develop mixed use housing.
