Role, Manager, retail +SME Enterprise manager

Managing retail operations for the zone and count of stores under area of operations.7 COCO Stores, 17VMS,10 My-idea.

Supervising a team of 7 Store Managers, 3 FL-Lead Managers along with Off roll team of 51 members for achieving zonal revenue in all parameters

Administering various functions like:

Preparing and participating in submitting technical and financial bids in various gov tenders and organization business proposals.

Hunting new enterprise and gov account and farming from existing sme, national and global accounts both on voice and non-mobility.

Expanding channel and managing sales of entire product range including prepaid, postpaid, e-commerce, data terminals, merchandise and enterprise products through the channel base of retail outlets and direct market hunting

Ensuring retail EBIT profitability & enhancing revenue through cross-selling and up-selling through stores along as per 100% audit parameters

Sustaining branding and visibility in the area with help of team Marcom and branding agency
