BRIEF PROFILE

I am a Renewable Energy professional with experience cutting across: Sustainable Management, Project Management, Research & Data Analysis, Development Studies, and also Banking and Finance. My over 6 years’ experience working with MD/CEO’s, Executive Management, and Managers of International Organization in the Banking and Finance Industry, Non-Governmental Organization and also Humanitarian Organizations has endued me with the skills and experience which can be applied for operational growth, business development, and success improvement initiative in the Energy sector. In my current role, on a controller General's loan project worth $80 Million, I have successfully verified and declared the creditworthiness of over 2,000 Dalex finance loan customers. I have also been able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, led cross-functional efforts, and also mitigate risks to the implementation of the cash collection COVID-19 project at the Kotoka International Airport, as a Supervisor.

Support Officer, Payments & Collections First Atlantic Bank Limited February 2020 - Till date

• Supervise over 35 work teams to provide exceptional Cash delivery, Cash Collections, and repatriation of cash from customers. Teams work within Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Implant tellers from the Hospitals, Kotoka International Airport, and also outsourced tellers from other regions in the country.

• Analyze information and report received from the various branches to ensure cash is credited to the right customers and the exact amount picked from customers reflects on the customer's statement

• Reconciliation of the collections GL with the statement from the Correspondents Bank

• Resolve issues or challenges experienced during cash delivery or cash pick up services

• Periodically monitor defaulting customers without cash picks to avoid default in loan repayments.

• Collation of daily cash reports and Activity reports
