Proficient in Thermal power plant Logics, interlocks of Boilers, Steam Turbine and its Auxiliaries

Executing process measurement & control instrumentation services to optimize manufacturing processes and involved in configuring & programming various plant equipment .

With Vast experience in SAP Module Platform in PM Scheduling, Repeated Defects Analysis & Material Module and KADMS item code creation

Implementing and configuring the process specific interlocks and testing the control panel logic, PLC logics

Effectuating predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules of plant assets and conducting periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment.

Calibration and Maintenance of flow, pressure and level transmitters by using Pressure calibrator and HART Communicator.

Calibration of pressure switches and vacuum switches by using low pressure calibrator& Maintenance of Solenoid Valves.

Maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of SMART control valves positioners and Boiler Drum Instruments like Level TX, Water Level Gauges, Level Camera, Metal Temperatures, etc.

Proper Inspection of Field panels, lines, Thermocouples, RTD and switches and also contribution in the Commissioning of Open loop & Closed loop control schemes Measurement loops.

Giving necessary Instruction and directions to field/technicians and junior engineers to check and ensure the assigned field jobs are completed timely and

Conducting safety awareness programs and skits for associate employees and providing daily safety tool box talks to improve safe behavior during plant activities.

Maintenance of all COKE OVEN- MHS(Material Handling System) Conveyors motors and also undergoing regular PM activities.

Calibration of Load cells and Weigh feeders in the installed conveyor locations by coordinating with Operations and Mechanical department.

Regular and effective monitoring and Maintenance of Safety devices in Conveyors such as Pull chords,Belt sway switches and ZSS(Zero Speed Switches).

Planning of Regular Shutdown Jobs on conveyors by coordinating with all the departments.

ERECTION AND COMMISIONING

Successfully completed Erection and commissioning of coke oven gas transfer car(CGT) in Coke oven plant.

Actively involved in Erection and commissioning of RO water to DM plant project in power plant.

Preparation of mandatory spares and essential spares list for i&c equipments for spares procurement.

Preparation of ISO maintenance schedules, day to day maintenance activities and Shutdown planning, Calibration schedules for all field instruments.

Analysis of Trip reasons from Sequence of Events and Preparation of Necessary precautionary and improvements for avoiding of Future trips.

Ensuring 100% compliance in safety to maintain the ZERO accident/incident/near miss.

Inspection of safety interlocks and maintaining safe parameters for plant equipment stability.

Implementation of 5s across locations and Du point safety standards across all locations as per organizational guidelines and achieving zero injury successfully.
