Food & Beverage Management - Complete Kitchen management, Kitchen Audits, Food testing, Menu Planning, Event Planning, VIP Dining Arrangements, Day to Day operations.
Travel Arrangements: Taking care of visiting faculty & company travel arrangements & boarding.
Academics: Taking care of Class schedules, Maintain student records, exams coordination, student attendance and the marks compilation issuing marks.
Maintenance: Taking care of Hostel Maintenance & Guest House Maintenance. Vendor Management- Periodic vendor evaluation, having back up vendors for all critical services, Vendor Operations review etc.
Manpower Management - Contract Manpower management, grooming, efficiency in service delivery.
Cost Management - Coordination with all purchases, Cost efficient practices in all aspects of Admin and facility management.
