Duties and Responsibilities:

Procurement Supervisor -March 2017-May 2020.

oEnsure all procurement cycle processes are carried out to achieve value for money, transparent and adhere to good procurement practice.

oSupport supplier registration and filing of all related documentation in the department as well as to collect and update data entry of procurement related tasks.

oSupport and follow up with suppliers and finance department to ensure timely payment of suppliers on a weekly basis/Timely basis.

oLead and supervise the Procurement and Administration team.

oNegotiate with vendors to get the highest value for money which is advantageous to the organization.

oOwn, execute and change-manage some projects

oRaising Requisitions, Purchase orders and processing for payments through the ERP system.

oAssist in development of procurement policies and procedures in compliance with Family Bank requirements.

oImplementation of cost cutting and control measures.

oResponsible for due diligence checks like supplier checks, site visits and their historical data.

oResponsible for re-tendering process for the organization using Family Bank selection and pre-qualification processes.
