Managed FH’s social media accounts, analyzed followers’ comment sentiment and created original tweets and Facebook posts daily for FH’s new reports, increased the followers by 1.2% in 3 months (100K followers).
Created 4 email workflows on Eventbrite for Freedom House convening events to inspire global engagement and garner support for democracy promotion, increased the email subscription by 1.5% by 3 months (256k subscribers).
Largely involved in FH’s new website migration, responsible for reports onsite, video and photo editing, the effort increased the website traffic by 5.4% in 3 months.

Evaluated landing page performance of iTalk TV using Google Analytics, analyzed user journey and came up with a strategy that reduced the Bounce Rate by 6.94% from May to August.

Planned a marketing campaign with my mentor on Dealmoon, a leading social shopping community, to increase brand awareness and promote iTalk mobile products, increased purchase on Dealmoon by 2.35% in 2 months.
