• Preparing the documents for handing over, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Spare Parts and Training Manual.

• Coordinating with the construction team and other department at site and verifying the readiness to start the testing activities.

• Coordinating with supplier / OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for any clarifications inviting for the testing.

• Managing the overall T&C activities at site like planning, arranging the sire requirements verifying the resources like testing team, and instruments are available/ready for test execution.

• Doing QA/QC works, preparing and raising the work inspection for testing and commissioning.
