• Oversaw the Carpentry Crew in the performance of show cues and operate a show cue track.
• Coordinated scheduling and training of staff as required.
• Coordinated special projects including the research, purchase, building and installation of specialty items.
• Wrote the Health and Safety Program, cue tracks, Welding Program, and the MSDS for the Carpentry Department.
• Worked closely with Artistic Directors, the set designer and Stage Management in supporting their needs during rehearsals and performances.
• Ensured that equipment and supplies are stocked in sufficient quantity to ensure the ongoing needs of the production.

• Wrote the Standard Operating Procedures for the department and the Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance schedules.
