• Reworked the company's website to a responsive format with Blue Tent.

• I implemented Olark (an online chat) to our website to better communicate with guests.

• I have Glad to Have You implemented through our V12 reservation software. Guests receive a rental agreement that they can E-sign and submit. They also get auto-generated emails prior to arrival and after departure. I have drawn up Owner contracts and rental agreements to specify terms and agreements.

• A member of the TDC and CVB, attending monthly meetings to keep abreast of current and upcoming events and beach improvements. Attends marketing and seminars to further educate myself.

• Put in place the first email (lead management) system through our V12 reservation software.

• Recording transactions and billing in V12 that I send out on the monthly owner's statements with their revenue checks.

• Preparing and presenting the annual budget for the department for the Home Owners Association

Board. I also solely plan, oversee and execute the Annual party for all homeowners and the Board

Members. In excess of 400 invitees are at this event.
