HR Operations Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, MIS, Employment Tracker, personal database, etc.) of each employee.

Payroll process:

Handled independently HR functions for 300+ employee’s strength

Managed complete employee life cycle of 2 Stores at a time.

Updating Employee details in Payroll Software, generating Biometric code and HRMIS.

Responsible for running error free payroll process on monthly basis.

Point of contact for employee queries with regard to Leave, Attendance, LOP, Comp Off etc.

Updating every month employee's attendance and Leave records for the salary process.

Reports are sent to corporate team for processing of every month Salary.

Monthly attendance and leave record management of all 3rd party and D-Mart employees

SPOC for coordination between HO and Store related activities

Salary disbursement coordination. Validation of Vendor invoice bills management.

Yearly basis prepare details like bonus calculation, leave encashment, Pilferage Bonus data and PMS data as per given time line.

Employee Engagement / Training & Development:

Organizing Employee Engagement activities - Fun @ work as per the given calendar (Culture program, Birthday and Anniversary Celebrations, Officers lunch and sports, Festival Celebrations)

Organizing in cross functional meeting in once a week

Reward and recognition activity conducted every month for employee as ‘Star of the month’.

Train the Trainer HR and explain the process of handling store

Coordinating with the Training Manager for completion of store level training

Responsible to make equal participation of all employees getting involved in training process.

Keep the record of Store level training calendar and maintain the document

Statutory Compliance:

Statutory compliance coordination for PF number, ESIC cards and maintains Statutory registers.

Issuing ESI Temporary Cards to employees.

Employee Relations & Welfare:

Handling various day-to-day escalations.

Resolve grievances or queries that of the employees. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.

Act as a single point of contact for PAN India employees for HR related requirements and queries

Initiate action against the associates who get absconded and issue Warning Letter.

Lead and handle disciplinary issues, misconduct and non-compliance of HR policy

Designing the HR Policies & implementing the same

Ascertaining and analyzing the various attrition drivers through employee interaction forums

Performance Management System:

Initiating & closure the confirmation / PIP

Coordination for Monthly, Quarterly KRA for all regional employees

Promotions / Transfers / Extension of Probation

Exit Formalities:

Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.

Interacting with employees to understand the reason for exit and retain them as much as possible.

Coordinating with various departments to get clearance.

Make sure they are submitting all company assets like Laptops, ID & visiting Cards etc. on last day

Analyzing exit interview data & providing feedback and suggestions to the management.

Processing full and final settlement of the left employees.
