• Managed an $80M portfolio of 40 single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties.

• Worked on over $100M of real estate developments and sourced new development opportunities, including retail and experiential concepts (Top Golf entertainment, fitness centers, national retailers).

• Led 10 re-developments and expansion initiatives, including $50 Million capital spent, for the portfolio across 3 segments.

• Installed and managed a financial reporting database (Hyperion) used for budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting on 350 properties and over 100 key performance metrics.

• Restructured six resource roles, and dozens of processes and procedures to modernize reporting of KPIs and track performance on over 500 tenants.

• Strict monitoring and oversite led to over 98% occupancy while I led the asset management group, an increase of 2%.
