Projects

1) Study on Metal Matrix Composites.

Brief Information: Particle reinforced metal matrix composites are planning a vital role in many applications, such as aerospace, aviation and automobile industries. The study about the microstructure and mechanical properties of Silicon carbide reinforced with Aluminium matrix(Al-SiC). Simulation was carried out to generate Al-SiC composite and to get information about mechanical behaviour. This simulation was carried out using Digimat. The simulation was carried out for different weight fractions of Al-SiC composite.

2) BIO-Inspired AUV(automated underwater vehicle) design. Autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) work in harsh environment against rough wave actions of the oceans, strong currents in rivers and other adversities, to counter them and perform their tasks it requires them to consume more power and employ complex mechanisms. To minimise these complications, we can resort to inspire from marine organisms, which are able to navigate and manoeuvre with less effort in such conditions. In this project we aim to inspire from marine animal in nature and design, to improve the performance of the AUV . Here designing is done using AUTODESK INVENTOR. 3) E-bike design.

My role here is designing, battery sizing and parts accumulation. Here we designed single cradle frame using Autodesk Inventor and performed simulation using ANSYS. I also calculated the battery size required by assuming Indian city drive cycle. 4) Design of fuel injector rod. I have designed it using Autodesk Inventor. 5) Worked with senior engineers in developing new products related to safety of workers in Mining Industry.

Internships

1) Worked in own factory in management department. Here I managed accounts, supply of finished products and Documentation regarding those products. 2) Intern at Core carbide industries(msme). I gained knowledge related to Defence projects like machining of RADOMS.

3) Intern at Tulasi engineering works(msme). I gained knowledge related to machining of large shafts used in Turbines and techniques used in machining shafts. 4) Intern at Oriental engineering works( vendor of Atlas mining company). I observed and gained knowledge in machines involving turning and milling operations. 5) Intern at Five star industries( vendor of Sandvik company), Here I have developed a product(non-patented) used in mining industry for safety of workers. Achievements

1) Scholarship holder in college of worth 1 lakh for two times. 2) Stood second in INTSO olympiad.
