As a shift lead at this place it could be overwhelming and stressful at times. It was my job to run the store each shift either opening the store or closing it and managing all the money. I would work back to back shifts between the coffee shop and Jamba so I've gotten quite used to having to work 15 hours days. I was required to prioritize not only the customers but the team members too by checking in on them to see if they need any help and distributing their breaks. I experienced a lot of different management and employees at this place so it helped me quickly adapt to change.

The owners of the Jamba Juice I worked at recently opened up this new coffee shop so I have to constantly have top tier customer service experience so i can bring back business for the store. This job is very slow paced due to the lack of business we get so i spend most of my shifts deep cleaning the store or restocking.
