My primary responsibilities includes but not limited to implementing all operational tasks within the store and with main focus on the front-end and sales floor operations. Also execute the hiring, training and development of store associates as delegated by the Store Manager

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Fully ensure that all store functions and day-to-day activities mainly direct supervisory responsibilities for all hourly Associates are properly managed and also ensured that all closing and opening procedures are met at all times.
