Present Job Profile: Approx 06 years and continue

Generation of Billable/ Erectable lots of tower for shop feeding.

Preparation of Production Plan, Despatch Plan, Scheduling Plan for Factory.

Production in line with the project completion targets.

Raising inspection calls to customers as and when material is ready for inspection.

Estimation and preparation of raw material and BNA requirement based on production and despatch plan.

Generation of planning for subcontractors and other KEC Units.

Continuous follow-up with suppliers for ensuring timely receipt of material to adhere the Production Plan for the month.

Maintaining Raw material inventory below budgeted norm by timely preparing the steel-rolling plan for domestic Steel Procurement and for Import Steel procurement.

Implementing the ISO- 9000, ISO-14000 systems in production shop as well as TQM initiatives like Kaizens and Small Group Activities.

Past Job Profile in KEC : Nearly 03 Years in Production

Joined KEC as a DET in CNC operator for one year.

After that One and half year experience in CNC programming for various M/C as Ficep, Vernet, Simmosen in WINCN and Smart cam software.

After that we prepare as per machine capacity daily and weekly basis machine wise loading plan and completed the Billable lot as per target line.

Check daily machine tools as Die, Punch and Number caset.

Achievements & rewards:

Successfully handled all the issues w.r.t production, dispatch, reconciliation etc related to project completion independently and also worked as a Team Leader for the team deputed.

Received cash award for reducing by introducing the concept of indenting steel in specific steel wastage below 3.0 % lengths and set a bench mark for other units of KEC.
