Duties and Responsibilities

Work mainly from Head office for various projects and work at site temporarily if needed.

Study the IFC drawings and Specifications for all projects which assigned for me.

Prepare RFI and send to Consultants if found any discrepancy or any missing reference in related Drawings or Documents.

Preparing all Shop drawings within the scope of Civil such as Architectural, Structural and Site plans.

Checking the approved material submittals and samples for each project before preparing shop drawings.

Preparing Shop Drawings of various Disciplines such as, Architectural - Block works, Flooring, False Ceiling, etc. Structural - Foundation, Columns, Slab on Grade, Roof Plan, etc. Civil - Site Plan, External Hardscape & Landscape with levels, etc.

Prepare Global Coordinates for the Buildings and the drawings with actual coordinates are given to the site from the start to the end of the projects.

Coordinating the approved drawings with subcontractor's drawings such as doors, windows, and kitchen equipment, etc. to avoid conflicts at the site during installation.

Reviewing subcontractors and suppliers drawings such as Blast doors, Aluminum, Kitchen cabinets, Steels, etc. before submitting them to consultants for approval to make sure that they follow project requirements and previous comments received from client or consultant.

Preparing presentation drawings for the project planning team showing the finished and remaining stages with the proposed completion date.

Prepare GA drawings by coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP and subcontractor’s drawings for execution in site after get approval from consultants.

Prepares As-built drawings in the prescribed sheet files given by the client or consultant and assist in project close-Outs.

Convert the As-built drawings for all disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical) as cad standards like CMW & PGC cad standard.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
