Recruited, hired and trained employees. Developed and implemented an annual business plan outlining goals, objectives and activities. Created and implemented projects to support plant goals through increased output, improved efficiencies and reduced costs. Worked with union and supervisors in support of resolving conflicts and settling disputes.

Key Accomplishments Include:

Reduced accidents in the plant from average of 10 per year to 2 per year.

Reduced manufacturing and shipping quality credits by 50%.
