KEY EXPERIENCE

Throughout my association in Holy Family and 3 major hospitals in Srinagar, I have acquired the experience and skills that enable me to manage different gynaecological and obstetrical problems. My training provided me the skills to be a general obstetrician and gynaecologist. Obstetrics/ Gynaecology Experience: I have good experience in the management of normal and abnormal deliveries. I have gained a good range of experience in managing high-risk pregnancies using modern methods of monitoring and assessment of fetal wellbeing, both antepartum and intra-partum. I have also had the experience in the management of pre-term pregnancies and deliveries and in the caring for acutely and seriously ill mothers (like those with severe preeclampsia or eclampsia or severe degree of obstetric haemorrhage). I had experience on dealing with Twin Pregnancy cases, RH Immunized cases. I can perform all measure Gynaecological surgeries like Abdominal Hysterectomy, Vaginal Hysterectomy, Prolapse surgeries. I have obtained wide exposure in various laparoscopic surgeries and infertility work up. I have special interest in research. I had been part of several research projects during the last few years.
