I did about two months industrial training in H.R department with ” Zone By The Park Jaipur” (An enterprise of Apeeyjay surrendera Group)
CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILILITIES:-
Recruitment: -
Coordinating with all department Heads to understand their requirements and preparing Job description as per Job positions.
Resourcing, screening and shortlisting resume through job portals and internal references,
Conducting first round of telephonic and personal interviews and then scheduling interview with department heads,
Maintaining interview tracker, document verification and preparing offer letter and taking follow up from selected candidate till joining
HR & Administration :-
Handling Joining formalities documentation and induction of new joined employees and Preparation of appointment letter and their salary breakup as per salary offered by the company, preparation of confirmation letter, increment letter .
Maintaining HR records such as employees personal files, compensation, Health and medical insurance i.e. Addition and deletion of employees in medical insurance as per their coverage. And arranging annual medical checkup for employees.
Communicating and explaining HR policies to new joinees and across the organization at all levels.
Look after overall Attendance system i.e. Tracking Attendance of Key personnel’s and employees on daily basis, Maintaining absenteeism data and leave records on daily basis, Preparing staff detail, functional departmental organograms and organizational organograms on monthly basis.
Enrolling the employees in EPF and ESI and handling their queries related to that.
Implementing and administering performance management as per performance management policy
To ensure CGMP compliance, discipline, hygiene & healthy environment in Plant.
Resolving grievances and queries of employees and escalating to the right level depending on the nature of grievance or issue.
Conducting Exit interview & preparation of full and final settlement,
Handling all kind of letters such as absenteeism notice,warning letter, Show cause notice, Experience letter, Transfer letter, Relieving letters etc.
To look after Admin activities in the plant like fixing the Canteen food menu, Cleanliness and hygienic food,coordinating with canteen vendor,
Handling House Keeping, Security,Transport, Laundry, Pest Control, Uniforms, Scrap, Contract manpower, Checking travel and tour expenses and contractors bill and record them in master data base, Managing the guest house facility for employees and fresh recruiters
Designing policies, Various HR Forms, Circular and maintaining the notice board
Training and Development:-
Providing the training of new employees and all existing employees related to HR SOP’S and HR policies.
Ensuring the Timely and fast training of new recruiters
Handling Periodic review, Change control, Incident, Deviation of HR SOPS, and ensuring the compliance of all SOPS
Handling all controlled Sop documents review request revision in coordination with QA.
Maintaining yearly training planner of department, and providing training on monthly basis according to that through LMS.
Employee Engagement:-
Organizing and participation in employee engagement activities such as Celebration of Diwali, Ganpati Pooja, Holi, Lohri X-MAS festival,
Employee of the month, Celebration of birthdays of employees by employees gets together, Organizing Cricket tournament league between inter-units.
Initiation of welcome mail to newly joined key person.
