Responsibilities:
Monitor Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities for the project as construction of LNG Tanks, Propylene Storage Mounded Bullet, Oil storage Tanks.
Prepare Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Procedures for related activities.
To conduct inspection of incoming material and review test certificate according to the contract specification requirements.
To ensure all the test and inspections are carried out as per contract specification & international standards.
Co – ordination with main contractor & client for onsite inspection activities.
Co – ordinate with third party for Soil & concrete testing activities.
Prepare Inspection Notification and follow up with client for approvals.
Review incoming material test certificate (MTC).
Perform Inspection and Testing of materials.

Ensure the construction material quality in accordance with material approvals, check concrete deliveries to confirm the mix design, Batching time and placing time, Witness the lab tests for the compressive strength of concrete; Witness the soil compaction test for optimum moisture content, dry density and degree of compaction at site.
To undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.
To conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.
To interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
To prepare Quality Control procedures/ work instruction, ITP (Inspection Test Plans) according to project/ client requirements and follow-up for its approval and monitor the implementation.
To plan and supervise Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor QC performance.
To supervise staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities
Preparation of final QC dossier for handing over to the client and maintain proper filling system (as per Organization procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document
To have a proactive approach in problem solving to undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.
