Job Responsibilities:

Taking the joining formalities of the EW’s and collecting the joining kits and all the statutory related doc’s like form-11 and NDA, Form-2

Employee letters generation

Sharing Appointment letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and salary revision letters with the EW’s

Confirming the ex.employees details to the different BGV teams as a part of employment verification.

Coordinating with the ESIC team and PF team to resolve the queries related to ESIC and PF.

Sharing the employee Insurance cards and policy manuals coordinating with Insurance team to clear the Insurance queries of the Ew’s

Having fortnight calls with the CST’s, Bo heads and RBH’s for resolving employee issues related to salary, attendance, full and final settlement, if any harassment issues which are facing at the client locations.

Making follow up’s with the CET’s to collect the outstanding amounts from the clients so that inactive employees can get full and final settlements on time.

Coordinating with the IT team to solve the issues facing by the EW’s in their Selfservice portal, attendance portal, and Tax portal etc.

For client audit purposes sharing the letters and pay slips with the CST’s

Hearing the issues of the employees and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees.

Sharing the reference letter to the ex.employees for immigration purposes.

Having a rapport with all critical employees to ensure proactive addressing of concerns

Have knowledge of HR systems and databases

Sharing POSH and different policies related to EW’s

Worked in QMS portal development project with the IT team

Workday Experience:

Good knowledge in Workday Functional HCM with responsibilities Supervisory organizations, Staffing Models, Job and Positions, Defining Business Process and security Groups, Customized Report Generation.

Experience in creating Job Profiles, Job Families and Job Family Groups, also worked with the creation and maintenance of position and job staffing models and Headcount Groups

Maintenance and creation of Workday Supervisory Organizations, Locations, Positions, Cost centers, and Cost Center hierarchies.

Experience in configuring and maintaining various Compensation Packages with multi Allowances, benefits and bonus packages, and in setting up compensation segment security features.

Good knowledge of EIB Inbound/Outbound integrations
