EXPERIENCE

Lead Dispatcher/Accounts Receivable – Jan 2018-Mar 2019

Managed the schedule for all of our technicians and our service/sales advisors. Dispatched all jobs to all techs/advisors very quickly after their job(s) they were just at and completed. I answered all incoming calls alone and handled anything and everything that our customer(s) was needing. That way, they felt safe in choosing us to assist them with their remediation and they gained trust in our company just from speaking with me first. I also handled all accounts receivable.I dealt a lot of my time speaking with insurance companies and also home builder companies (For ex: KB Home, Lennar, D.R Horton, etc..). I created and sent out invoices, processed a great deal of payments and made sure all of our accounts were always up to date and paid in full.

Every morning between 7:00-7:30am, I handled the morning meetings for all office staff, including our sales advisors, marketing rep, all management and also the owners. We had a very large white board that was filled with each customers name, info, job status, advisor set to job and tech(s) set to job, insurance name, etc…. I had to go over each job and speak on the status of each job, who I’ve been in contact with, if the payment of the job has been received, how long we expect to be at that job, and things to that aspect.

Strand Brothers Service Experts – Feb 2013-Jan 2018

Lead Job Production/Rebates and Warranty Administrator/Accounts Receivable/Lead Dispatcher

• When I first began working at Strand Brothers, I was a Customer Service Representative who handled all incoming calls and scheduled all appointments for our HVAC Technicians, Plumbers and our Sales/Service Reps.I also handled a great deal of outgoing calls to confirm all appointments, to provide our clients with ETA’s on our Techs and or Sales Reps and also made outgoing calls to clients who were due for their bi-annual service and also called clients who needed to renew their Service Membership with us. Within a very short few months of being in that position, I was promoted to Lead CSR and Lead Dispatcher for all of our Plumbing Techs. I received a company phone and was able to take my laptop home to continue dispatching any technicians (HVAV Or Plumbing).

• Very soon after that, I was promoted once again to the rebate and warranty/job production department. By that time I was the lead dispatcher of both al HVAV & Plumbing Techs. I used Quickbooks and handled all invoicing and collecting all payments in a timely manner. I also handled all of our clients rebates after their purchase(s) of a new HVAC System and/or Water Heater. I made sure all of our clients warranties were still active and would reach out to any client whose warranty was on the verge of expiration to see if they’d be at all interested in renewing their warranty.
