Vice President, Willdan Energy Solutions, Inc., May 2011 – Present
Promoted to VP after successful initiation and growth of New Jersey office from a $300K start-up project to $20M in sustaining operations in five years. Responsible for profit and loss. Increased office EBITDA from 25K to $4M. Developed strategy and drove sales to get region involved with Performance Contracting, Energy Efficiency program implementation, and direct engineering sales to municipalities and private corporations.
Started NJ office for Willdan 2015 and developed into a sustainable $20M operation, which is above to grow to a $40M operation with full responsibility of client management, business development, operation, profitability and overall client experience management
Manage initial capture efforts and full program implementation for the PSE&G Direct Install Program, PSE&G Hospital Efficiency Program, NJ Direct Install Program, NJ Natural Gas Hospital and MUSH programs. These are multi-year long term performance contracts which including 57 Hospitals Projects, 17 CHP studies, thousands of Trunkey installation projects representing over $10M in revenue.
Initialed drive to Energy Performance contracting on the east coast. Implementing over dozens of projects total construction value over $25M.
Oversaw sales and operational implementation of $7M in EE projects at Morristown Memorial Hospital, HUMC Pascack Valley Hospital, HUMC -Hackensack, and St. Peters University Medical Center.
As reginal Engineering Director, created Auditing processes, QA/QC of calculations and reports, customer reports, NYSERDA Technical Review (TR) work for NYSERDA IPE, CHP, ETAC and Buildings program. Completed co-ordination of M&V activities for both baseline case and proposed case, fee estimation, project tracking, schedule tracking, customer billing etc.

Heating and cooling load calculation, pump pressure drop calculation, ductwork pressure drop calculation and sizing, piping pressure drop and sizing calculation and various mechanical equipment sizing calculations.
Construction cost estimation, savings estimation and payback analysis for the feasibility of the project. Preparing the feasibility analysis reports for NYPA (New York Power Authority) Energy conservation Services. Complete involvement in study to design to construction stage of the project for client i.e. state & govt. building, institutional building, hospitals and K-12 schools.
