Brain tumor segmentation for MRI images by using watershed algorithm Segmentation by using watershed and threshold algorithm which describes comparitive study about the tumor detection.

Here we are applying filters to remove the noise and enhancement operation for contrast. I conclude that watershed algorithm is giving better results for MRI images when compared to the conventional methods.
