ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Prepare the Manpower budget for the plant in line with the business plan
Ensure implementation and compliance to the Manpower budget in term of manpower utilization
Coordinating with CRC for recruitment plan as per the business need and share the same with the peers
Human Resource Management
Work as a catalyst for building up a High performance organization by people development and capability building in all the sections of the Vertical.
To create plant based HR policies and processes aligned and focused for the development of the business in consultation with GRI Corporate.
Communicating suitable interpretation of HR methods, policies & processes to employees across the plant.
Reviewing operational grievances of the plants through focused approach
To roll out Employee engagement calendar as released by the corporate across the plants.
Ensure attendance recordings and maintaining data base for calculation of wages, allowances and salary
Ensure disciplinary procedure for dismiss/ absconding cases.
Conducting exit interviews & submission of Full & Final settlement papers.

Monitoring and analyzing Attrition across the plant and suggesting & implementing suitable interventions to control attrition.

Employee Welfare
Convey employee benefit schemes ( eg. Mediclaim, Ward education etc.) and co-ordinate for collection of records for getting the advantages of those benefits.
Maintaining IR & Statutory Compliance
Carry out employee engagement plan as per corporate guideline
Convey grievances to corporate or the relating agencies and ensure resolution
Ensure legal compliance related to HR (eg. PF, ESIC, Contract Labor Act, Factories Act)
Facilitate People Development
Training Need Identification, analysis and provide training in order to build capability and enhance effectiveness of the team.
Calendar preparation, co-ordinate with corporate for allocation of external faculty, carry out training procedure, training record updation etc.
Train employees on HR Policies, set goals jointly with the team member, Facilitate performance feedback.
Providing Administrative Support
Ensuring support to administrative services like Transport, Canteen, Security, House Keeping, Travel Management, Guest House etc. is provided on a timely basis, as per the requirement of the different departments of the Unit and ensuring safety of resources.

Briefing the new joiners about company policies and procedures, leave policies, ensuring the completion of joining formalities (Issue Offer Letter / Appointment Letter, collection of required documents etc…)
Verifying of documents, Updating the complete details of the new joiners, Co-ordination with Technical Team for official Email ID Creation, Maintaining employee personal data files
Timesheet and Leave management
Timely collection of approved timesheet and approvals from contracted employees deputed at client location
Verification of received Time sheets
Collection of allowances and reimbursement for the contracted employees with necessary approvals and format
Payroll Management:
Preparation of various payroll MIS report preparations by coordinating with employees and clients and make sure that it is reaching to Payroll team before the given deadline.
Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting their requirements.
Statutory Compliances / Labor Laws:
Handling employee queries regarding statutory compliances and labor laws and to give adequate solution for each queries by coordinating with statutory compliances team.
Employee Separation, Full & Final Settlement and Exit process:
F&F Settlements of left employees, complete the same within 5 working days from the date of H/T over and clearance, preparation of experience & relieving letters, exit interviews etc..
Smooth exit and issuing experience certificate and relieving letter, Coordinate & manage the full & final settlement with the help of finance division and sending circular to other department at the time of relieving of an employee
HR Business Partnering
Responsible attending & assigning Internal / External Employees queries regards to on-boarding, leave, payroll, F&F settlements, performance appraisals etc…
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit and from client side
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side
Builds a strong business relationship with the client
