$11.2 million dollar infrastructure implementation of high-site wireless network migration to meet FCC Order to Sprint Nextel for Rebanding Motorola 800MHz Statewide Radio Network

Spearheaded negotiations team with attorneys from the State, the FCC and Sprint Nextel and governmental business leaders to provide a solution from a team approach for tower permit, construct usage, and FCC licensing on owned and shared tenant sites

Developed $9M dollar RFP, and award for integrator to assist in meeting FCC Order for Rebanding over 16,000 mobile subscribers across the State with 151 radio base station sites

Managed 1500 agencies for cost management for each vendor engaged with the project and its effect on each agencies’ operational efficiencies of First Responders

Tracked and managed IP Ethernet to cell site conversion/connectivity for compliance management, cost control, and resource assignments

Mobility application checks for system performance and ATP (acceptance test plan using RUP methodology) based on agreed-upon standards of deviation within cost metrics defined for testing phase of project

7/2014 – 12/2014: Multi-state IT Infrastructure Build – Alliant Energy Company

Three state territory for RFP development and posting and ISP awards for build out of networks to provide improved reliability and redundancy for client utility operations

Infrastructure program management of dozens of smaller projects feeding into backhaul reliability with multiple vendor selection

Build internal teams to manage project goals of defining and meeting business objectives for multiple divisions for Cisco migration to over 400 substations, 11 clusters and 3 main hubs

Multimillion dollar IT enterprise infrastructure migration for data and telecommunications services for redesigned call center in remote locations

Engaged as BA/PM for IVR analysis, upgrade or replacement of Avaya platform

Engaged as global PM for VoIP migration due to M&A activity in 14 countries

Project lead for internal and external resources for department resource assignments, moves and changes to local site infrastructure design, layout, configuration and implementation

Multi-million dollar P&L responsibilities for all VoIP network design, procurement and installations from 3rd-party and internal resources in Asia, Australia, Europe, Canada and U.S.

Worked with local managers and executives’ departments to control time and budget for changes in IT infrastructure to meet business objectives of acquisition of new sites

Design and support for all physical infrastructure for adding new teams to sites, merging old sites and upgrading VoIP infrastructure requirements for successful migration

Vice President of start up division in a nationwide telecommunications services company, my responsibilities of personnel, clients, and contractor interaction for a cohesive deliverable package to end user clientele involve full spectrum of day to day operations.

Brought on board in start-up organization to develop corporate and IT governance for penetrating telecommunications wireless markets

Created project process flow, contractor organizational structure and management for operational efficiencies following best practices to telecom carriers

Developed project scoping and tracking processes in a hosted shared environment for UMTS, LTE, FTTCS & ETTCS site acquisitions, wireless tower builds and upgrade requirements for power, cabling and antennae while tracking all projects with ATT through Siterra
