$11.2 million dollar infrastructure implementation of high-site wireless network migration to meet FCC Order to Sprint Nextel for Rebanding Motorola 800MHz Statewide Radio Network
Spearheaded negotiations team with attorneys from the State, the FCC and Sprint Nextel and governmental business leaders to provide a solution from a team approach for tower permit, construct usage, and FCC licensing on owned and shared tenant sites
Developed $9M dollar RFP, and award for integrator to assist in meeting FCC Order for Rebanding over 16,000 mobile subscribers across the State with 151 radio base station sites
Managed 1500 agencies for cost management for each vendor engaged with the project and its effect on each agencies’ operational efficiencies of First Responders
Tracked and managed IP Ethernet to cell site conversion/connectivity for compliance management, cost control, and resource assignments
Mobility application checks for system performance and ATP (acceptance test plan using RUP methodology) based on agreed-upon standards of deviation within cost metrics defined for testing phase of project
