Motivation for change: I would like to expand my knowledge and broaden my scope of work. This will assist me in my journey of working towards gaining my Registered Nurse qualification whilst aiming to reach my goal of being a Unit Manager.

Reason for leaving:

I am leaving my current employment to broaden my experience and use my current experience in a new environment. This will help me grow as a Nurse and allow me to assist those in need of my services and expertise, as well as security for my family and child.
