Policybazaar.com is an insurer Broker company. I was operating in outbound telecom procedure of term life insurance. My job responsibility was making call to customer, make them understood about term life insurance policy and suggesting them best insurance policy according to their need and profile. Side by side my responsibility was to provide after sales services like helping them to make online payment, assisting them to upload documents and how to check their policy status online and many more. This experience helped me in learning better communications skills; listening skills, sale skills and how to tackle with customer and most important customer satisfaction by assisting customer from day one till the day he get all the services.

FOODSTUFF [LIVE PROJECT]

It was a food delivery project. More than 9500 students were facing food related problem in their respective college. Foodstuff would deliver food to students from their favorite restaurant. CherishX is an event planner company. I was in operation team, after the customer made the payment our team had to check with vendor and do other arrangement. Also in case if a customer is facing any kind of issue I had to solve it via telephonic conversation and emails.
