Directly responsible for daily shift production activity, manpower handling, machine operating & supervision, parameter setup, problem solving and responsible for desired qualitative and quantitative production in six layer(Board paper + LDPE Extrusion +Al. foil + Acid co-polymer extrusion + LDPE & MPE extrusion +LDPE extrusion) extrusion coating lamination process.

Extrusion die setting (die gap & air gap), m/c parameter setting, temperature setting to process the different polymers and providing the tail to top technical solution related to extrusion process.

Reduction in process rejection of laminates (liquid packaging) using quality tools (Training, CAPA & OPL), productivity improvement and implementation of cost effective measures.

Inspections and perform all quality tests (adhesion-3 layer, GSM, surface defect detection, moisture test) to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standard and reduce rejections.

To handle machine short stops, change-overs, maintain OEE & quality standards with target quantity, Overhauling and Product Development.

Responsible for proper execution of production planning & making daily production (ERP) reports @ ORACLE.

Training of new employee and ensure the proper follow ups of safety procedures to each and every team members.

Making/Updating ISO & BRCGS documents like checklists, SOP’s, HIAC, HACCP & also an active member of safety committee and internal audit team.

An active member of commissioning team with Davis machine engineers at the time of machine commissioning and taken part into various activities like feed-block installation(opening, cleaning, setting & fitting), die-lip installation & gap setting, BST scanner calibration, Dancer & ideal roller calibration etc.

Involved in production activity in Extrusion Coating Lamination and Extrusion Blown Film and Operated Extrusion coating machine manufactured by FONG KEE Internationals.
