Experienced young and Passionate Accounting Professional, who has worked as a junior Accounting Lecturer at the university of Johannesburg teaching accounting, after serving and sharing his knowledge as an accounting tutor for several years. A young professional who worked for the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA) for almost 3 years serving as Trainee in the Respected Standards Department which is responsible for crafting and approving Audit Standards for auditors in South Africa, and After gaining invaluable knowledge and experience with standards team, I asked for a transfer to the Finance department where I was able to learn and gained knowledge of the different aspects such creditors, debtors, Supply chain,cashbook and fixed assets management from very experienced individuals with over 30 years of experienced. I was able to also demonstrate my advanced accounting, finance and tax knowledge to contribute to the team.

Training of SAGE 300/AccPAc, Advanced Microsoft office, Pastel, PFMA, MFMA, Attorneys Trust accounts, IFRS for SMEs and from the Reserve bank was obtained during this course, moreover I was serving as part of the Secretariat of the various committees of the Standards department at IRBA. I am passionate about learning and sharing of skills by teaching others, with my experience, I have learned the importance of being a team player and always appreciating the diversity of views within a team, finding creative ways to find common ground where the team feels part of the final decision. My experienced as a leader of The Accountancy tutors team taught me the soft skills that are important when managing a group of different personalities within a team for the benefit of the whole organisation.
