Voice Systems Engineering is a 32 year old platform technology company of over 100 employees and 300+ contractors with multiple startups in it’s portfolio. They do not have a traditional management structure or titles. These are the areas of experience I have led and contributed to throughout my tenure. HR and Talent Management:

● Ran talent gap analysis processes with business leaders to help understand internal opportunities for career progression and capture future needs and talent recruiting plans.
