Performed first article inspection and certification, on behalf of the Federal Aviation Administration

(FAA) and the Boeing Company, of the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) inlet duct and all corresponding manufacturing processes and tooling for use on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Owned and managed a cable/harness manufacturing business, which produced assemblies and sub- assemblies for commercial aircraft and military vehicles including the United States Marine Corps

As the GM I was responsible for directing and coordinating activities of multiple departments (Security, Human Resources, Finance, Business Development, Legal, and Information Technology) to meet corporate 2

Performed as capture manager on the Training Support Center (TSC) Support Services re-compete which included the following responsibilities:

Authored a “white paper” on behalf of the President outlining why the Government’s choice of North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and small business size was incorrect for the work being performed and the Product Service Code (PSC) prescribed. The

“white paper” authored demonstrated to the Government that their selection of NAICS was not in harmony with the PSC code historically used in support of the effort and that a new PSC code, to include a new line of funding, would be required if the Government insisted on using this NAICS.

Lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) of different competencies to ensure the timely and accurate development of IR’s proposal

Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM)/USMC – Program Manager, Training Systems (PM TRASYS), Orlando Florida, (February 2016 – November 2016) Procurement Management Branch Head

These specific responsibilities include:

Maintain cognizance with the requiring authorities (Product Managers [PdM]/Tier-0) to ensure Request for Proposal (RFP) packages meet all of the required documentation per PMTRASYS-5.1.3 PR Package Routing Process, Appendix B.

In coordination with the Assistant Program Manager (APM) Program Management and APM – Contracts, develop and maintain a document template library (with approved templates) to support Acquisition Planning, Procurement Planning, Procurement Request (PR) Development, Routing & Approval, Pre-Solicitation, Request for Proposal/Solicitation, Technical Evaluation Reports, Justifications and Approvals (J&As), Determination and Findings (D&Fs), and source selection tools and artifacts.

Develop a complete chronological workload projection for the upcoming Fiscal Year (FY) for all modifications, delivery orders, and task orders.

Work with APM – Contracts to assign PR package due dates for known workload.

Establish and keep current a list of all active PM TRASYS contracts.

Participate in Tier-1/PdM final RFP package reviews to ensure a complete package is being submitted. Ensure all document deliverables are complete and satisfy RFP package requirements.

Develop Strategic Business Team (SBT) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Business Rules. Load all documentation into the SBT folder for review. Send out announcements to the SBT and assist PdMs in scheduling SBT reviews (in concert with the Document Review Timelines) and assist PdMs in facilitating SBT reviews.
