The past four years I have been working on a Creative Writing degree from the University of Colorado. I am a proficient writer of poetry, journals, essays, and fictional prose. My last summer working as a camp counselor, I was in charge of the programming for the sailing program. I worked to design and develop programs that were appealing to boys ranging from ages five to fifteen. The programming also had to be approved by my bosses at the camp and the sailing staff.

This past spring I completed my Creative Writing degree and graduated from the University of Colorado. My studies were focused around gender and sexuality in writing. As a student in the c.w. program I have gone through many rounds of workshops, written screenplays, taken comedy writing classes, and developed an extensive portfolio of work. I spent the Spring of 2019 in the small medieval town Perugia, Italy enrolled in a creative writing program through an international university. The courses were developed as an effort to explore the history of the town through creative writing.
