Electronic Dental Record Implementation: Currently implementing Denticon Electronic Dental Records with go-live date in January, 2021, to support operations at a 7 operatory dental clinic, portable services, and an upcoming 3 operatory satellite clinic.

KPI Development: Worked with clinical and administrative leadership to develop a set of regular reports to support clinical and operational decision making.

Call Center Optimization: Worked with phone vendor to reconfigure contact center routing and address call quality issues, reducing unanswered call rate by 50% over 3 months.

Associate Chief of IT Operation

General Management position reporting to COO, with focus on IT, EHR administration and optimization, data analytics and internal consulting.

Management Transition: Provided critical operations and IT leadership during transition of two thriving dental clinics totaling about 25,000 dental encounters per year. Clinics were managed by Deliver Dental Solutions and transitioned to Advantage Health Centers when Deliver Dental went out of business.

Electronic Health Record Implementation: Transitioned two high volume dental clinics from Dentrix Enterprise to eClinicalWorks, retaining all patient records, including clinical and demographic information, as well as digital x-ray images.

Population Health Implementation: Implemented and administered Azara DRVS population health tool, providing comprehensive population health reporting, with integrated feeds from local health systems and health plans.

KPI Development: Worked with clinical and administrative leadership to develop a set of monthly, weekly and daily reports to provide meaningful and timely information to aid in all facets of organizational decision making.

Benchmark Development: Created a set of meaningful productivity benchmarks and associated capacity planning tools to be used for agency budgeting as well as evaluating facility and provider performance.

Operations Optimization: Working with operations team to develop a training program and other approaches to address gaps in quality and other clinic level inefficiencies. PAGE 2

DELIVER DENTAL SOLUTIONS, INC, Detroit, MI 2015 - 2019 Dental Services Organization (DSO) providing turn-key dental management and clinical delivery systems for Federally Qualified Health Centers in SE Michigan, providing over 35,000 annual dental encounters. Vice President, Business Development & Information Technology (2015 – Present) General Management position with focus on development and IS/IT, supporting growing organization as well as second new specialty dentistry start-up.

New Program Development: Developed a portable dentistry clinic model to bring dentistry to at risk populations. Program was developed and implemented in less than 90 days, providing much needed dental care to over 2000 underserved individuals in its first year of operation.

Start-Up Implementation: Worked with business owners to develop a novel specialty dental practice (Tapestry Dental) delivering comprehensive dentistry to special needs children under full sedation (general anesthesia) in an office setting. Primary responsibility was developing information systems and telecom. EDR, digital imaging, hardware infrastructure, and telecom were delivered on time and significantly under budget.

Practice Turn-Around: In partnership with a local university dental school, developed a novel model to assume management of a struggling faculty run dental center. Patient count and productivity exceeded previous bests within a quarter.

OAKLAND INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE NETWORK, Pontiac, MI 2013 – 2015 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center Look Alike providing primary medical, dental and behavioral health care to 5000 uninsured/underserved individuals annually.

Director of Health Center Development & Operations (2013 – 2015) Operations Manager (2013)

Support start-up community health center with build-up of organizational systems and infrastructure. Progressive responsibilities including operations management of clinics, HR, and IT. Project Highlights:

New Clinical Site: Collaborated with a partner mental health agency to open an integrated medical and mental health center. Clinic has provided over 1100 primary care encounters to nearly 700 individuals within 8 months of opening.

Restructuring: Worked with Board of Directors Personnel Committee to strategically right-size organization following financial crisis and CEO resignation. Strategic restructuring reduced administrative staff and overall payroll while increasing number of revenue generating staff and capacity for encounters.

PCMH Designation: Led efforts to achieve BCBSM Patient Centered Medical Home designation.

Leadership & Staff Development: Managed staff in multiple functional areas, including EHR administration, clinic management, and outreach & enrollment. Developed multiple MAs into proficient clinic managers. COVENANT COMMUNITY CARE, Detroit, MI 2008 – 2013

Electronic Health Record Implementation: Managed staggered Epic EHR implementation across 4 sites, including a simultaneous site move, a practice acquisition, an existing office and a new office. All existing sites exceeded pre- EHR productivity within 6 months.

Electronic Dental Record and Digital Imaging Implementation: Managed simultaneous Dentrix Enterprise EDR and Dexis digital imaging implementation for fixed-site and mobile dental clinics. Facilitated growth of mobile operations and over 100% increase in patient population 1 year post-implementation. PAGE 3

Legacy Telecom Replacement: Selected and installed new hosted VOIP solution to replace antiquated and inadequate phone system. Well-designed auto-attendant triaging significantly reduced inappropriate call volume, and organization-wide system facilitated intra-organizational communication.

Call Center Development: Designed, developed, and managed a centralized call center. Upon project completion, call center redirected over 200 calls/day away from front desk and provided consistent services across sites.

Joint Venture Clinical Site: Collaborated with one of Metro Detroit's largest hospital systems to open new joint venture medical clinic. Clinic has capacity to provide primary health care to over 3000 medically underserved individuals in SE Oakland County.
