Was an adjunct member to the design teams of Lear and Magna International in the development of low mass seat systems for the Chevrolet Corvette and the Plymouth Prowler, respectively;

Reduced manufacturing costs and delivery delays, designed and implemented manufacturing and quality processes for high volume manufacturing of fabricated aluminum extrusions and high strength metals resulting in the award of a sole source contract for all low mass power seat hardware for General Motors;

With the objective of gaining a higher market share in the automotive hardware industry, developed teams that designed and implemented several innovative manufacturing processes that resulted in an increase of revenues from $5 MM/year to more the $25MM while generating a 25% gross profit margin;

Nurtured an environment that demonstrated fair handed, tough management that brought about a 17:1 vote ratio against unionization by the United Steel Workers; managed large labor forces and insured that baseless and meritless EEOC, OSHA and Workers Compensation claims were dismissed at the appropriate government agencies;

Focused teams in defining strategic objectives, analysis and identification of opportunities, core competencies, current and projected goal forecasts, alignment of available resources, evaluating, selecting and implementing practical, World-Class management techniques and technologies for increases in growth and productivity.
