Benefit Analyst Sr.-

As a Benefit Analyst, I independently coordinate a range of benefits and compensation activities and programs to include coordination of the organization’s Department of Labor 401K annual audits. I also reconcile payroll, 941s, and W-2 information along with other compensation-related documents to balance the company’s financial records. I review employee deferrals, match, and loan information for accuracy providing counseling services as needed. I also participate in compensation/benefits comparability studies presenting findings, reports, and other documentation to management, auditors and legal counsel. As well as administer, manage, and coordinated leave for employees. Manage employees 401K contributions and loans as well as process the 401K funding to the company’s administrator.
