Technical:

Perform maintenance overall Machinery & Equipment such as Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, etc.,

Initiated CM activities to prevent the major Breakdowns.

Carried Installation, Modification and Improvement works in equipment’s.

Perform trouble shooting equipment failure.

Carry out routine maintenance/inspections/documentation as required.

Monitor equipment issues, analyze and initiate problem solving or providing engineering solutions.

Control and maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and Electrical.

Provide guidance and training to production operators in equipment minor trouble shooting and daily checkpoints.

Setting up new machines and internally transferred equipment’s.

Diagnosing, Fault finding and locating Electrical circuits & wirings.

Diagnosing, Fault finding and locating hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and able to read schematic diagram.

Able to repair hydraulic, pneumatic cylinders, actuators, pumps, Gearboxes and hydraulic or pneumatic motors.

Perform maintaining Air compressors, Heavy mechanical and hydraulic machineries (Horizontal and vertical balers), Plant electrical and process machineries.

Organize and conduct toolbox meetings and maintenance review meetings.

Liaise & Supervise Vendors/Contractors’ for Maintenance works.

Maintain and monitor equipment spare parts inventory.

Maintain and documented equipment history and service records.

Planning and organizing preventive maintenance program.

Monitor the machine key performance indexes (Machine efficiency) and Quality Indexes (Defective Ratio, NCRs) and take actions accordingly.

Maintain scope of work documentation for third party contract services.

Safety:

Member of the internal safety committee, participate indoor safety inspections with safety team and attend safety meetings.

Perform indoor activities with risk assessment team.

As a first aider, Report and record down work related injury and actively engage safety incident investigation.

Follow and monitor standard operating procedure (SOP) and always maintain good housekeeping (5s) in work area.

While doing maintenance, follow energy isolation procedure (CoHE/LOTO) to avoid accidents from hazardous energy sources. (Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems, Electrical Systems, etc.)
