2020 June to date: Operations Coordinator (OPC) for Samsung Marketing Botswana under the Zia Force advertising Agency. Key points being to:

2018 transferred to the newly contracted Agency The Creative Counsel (TCC), handling Marketing Activities for Samsung on full time basis. The contract ends on October 2019 after launching The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 through in store trainings, promoter training, implementing live demo devices and banners across retail stores in Gaborone. Handled a responsibility of managing the company’s point of sale materials and finances to cover over 80 stores in the southern region of Botswana. 2016: promoted to an IM (Integrated mobility) Roaming Sales ambassador. Merchandising, trainings, stock management, sales reports and continued building and managing relationships between the stores and the brand. Driving sell outs by weekend promos and prime location influence.
July 2014: Recommended to work for Smollan Group. I worked in the capacity of Product Consultant (PC). I represented the Brand in the retail outlets around Gaborone including Game, Hi fi Corp and Home Corp helping out to drive sales. I mainly did brand execution, stock management and channeling through our various distributors. I also did merchandising and product knowledge across all the listed Samsung Consumer Electronics products. January 2014: Joined Manmade (PTY) LTD with a recommendation from previous employer to run a market Research for their Client SAMSUNG. I joined as a FIELD MARKETER and after the resignation of my former Country Coordinator, I was appointed to this position as Acting Country Coordinator. During our period with Manmade we did merchandising for Samsung in almost all the shops that sells any Samsung products in and around Gaborone. We performed a market research which involved stock and sales insights of all the Samsung products and those of the competitor. We considered how well the competitors present their products on display and how well Samsung can improve their products to gain competitive advantage. We used to run promotions including the Road to Rio World Cup 2014 campaign in which the S4 range of Samsung phones were to be won. Awareness about this range of phones was made during this promotion. We have over this period built a solid relationship with the retail stores and this has enabled us to have any issue of concern be much easier to resolve. 2012 – 2013: Peo Promotions as a Promoter: was responsible for doing Road shows, product launches and branding. We worked for several clients at short term and long term periods. The few clients we serviced are PPC Cement Company Botswana, Colgate, Simba, Tropica, Nestle, Refresh and O3 water. We organized the Golf tournaments and anniversaries of some prominent malls in Gaborone. I enjoyed my work diligently until I was promoted to promotions supervisor. INTRESTS
I am personally interested in working for a company that will avail me the platform to improve my marketing skills and give support to overcome any challenge in the market.
