Role:

Independently recruited 200 drivers for Dubai Taxi and Metro Taxi. Role:

HUMAN RESOURSE.

Execute the entire range of people strategy, union, HR Polices, Security, Payroll and statutory compliance.

Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting orienting, and training employees maintaining a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities.

Accountable for talent management, statutory compliance of labour and legal matters.

Supervise the team members on how to prepare and handle manpower budget.

Maintain staff attendance through biometric to payroll & prepare salary and correspond to accounts departments for payment.

Conducting the proceedings of the enquiry against the mistake by any employee.
