ORGANISATIONAL DETAILS

Working with Adani Power Rajasthan Limited, Kawai (2 X 660 MW)

Adani Power Limited is 1st to Synchronize 660MW Supercritical power plant. Largest single location Private Thermal Power Plant (4620MW) in Mundra (Guj) installed capacity of 5x660&4x330mw and Installed capacity of 5X660 MW at Tiroda and 2X660 MW at Kawai.

Key Deliverables: As a Desk Engineer

At Adani Power worked as a member of Operation team, responsible for developing & improvement Efficiency, Reducing in Hot Light up time and modification in operation logics of Commercial Operation of the Plant.

Proper Inspection of various turbine & Boiler auxiliaries like MDBFP & TDBFP (Boiler feed pump), Heaters, Deaerator, Lube Oil system, Condenser, Cooling Water System . ID, FD, PA & SA Fans, Mills Degree of Superheat Etc.

All control room operations of the BTG set, monitoring parameters and taking contingency operations as required.

Monitoring plant equipments from control room as well as from field and ensuring safe isolation of the equipments.

Operating the unit at optimum level with maximum Heat rate by adopting the proper SOP

Proper communication with the seniors and coordination with other department to ensure safe operation and to achieve our target.

Facing various emergencies like Black out, Tripping of Turbine & Boiler. Proper Controlling of Boiler, Turbine & its auxiliaries during emergency. Capable of normalizing the system in case of plant trip & other emergencies.

Monitoring the water quality of the DM water & the running and stand by equipment.

Preparing check list & SOP for equipment trial run for BTG packages.

Preparing check list and SOP for various process.

Line-up required equipment’s for Boiler light-up including logic checking of BTG packages in DCS.

Identifying defects from operation prospective and to ensure the repair/replacement of the same.

EDUCATION

Post Graduate Diploma in Thermal Power Plant Engineering from National Power Training Institute, Badarpur, New Delhi (An ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001 Organization, under the Ministry of Power, Government of India) with 67.71 % in 2012.

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Oriental institute of science and technology and Technology, Bhopal (M.P), affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya with 73.91 % in 2011.

12th from St.columbus College, Hazaribagh (Jharkhand Board) in 2004.

10th from Zila School, Hazaribagh, District Hazaribagh (Jharkhand Board) in 2002.
