Ensure that Company Standards, HSE Guidelines & Safety Regulations and fully Compliant with UAE Legislative requirements and are regularly reviewed, Updated And communicated.

Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.

Conduct Comprehensive Hazard Identification & Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.

Conducting Incident Investigations to identify the Root Cause of the incident and proposing suitable corrective measure to the Management to avoid reoccurrence.

Familiar with safety risk analysis technique such as, but not limited to, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FEMA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and being able to analyze the systems to find what faults can occur, and then propose safety requirements.

Track the Status of all HSE non conformances with the HSE Management system to ensure the implementation of suitable corrective and preventive measures.

Organize Emergency Evacuation Drills to evaluate the Current Emergency Preparedness and response Plan

Participate in monthly / weekly meetings when required to report on relevant health & safety matters. Liaise with suppliers i.e. Insurers, solicitors etc any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Promote a high site safety profile through the publication of site safety campaigns, posters and safety incentive scheme

Conduct and coordinate with internal and external Audit and facilitate the site HSE continuous improvement programs.

Provide an advice on the effective implementation of corrective and preventive action management process.
