HRO Data Conversion:

Business Responsibilities:

I am working currently with HRO DATA CONVERSION team as a Senior Analyst.

We deal with the conversion of Employee’s Payroll Earnings, Deductions and Taxes related information of our client’s employees (49 – 9999) worksite employees per client.

I have to follow various US payroll and tax concepts, in order arrange the information in a proper format which can help our client's employees to receive the correct paycheck without any discrepancies.

We receive information from various sources such as PDF files, text files, documents etc. from our clients which contains various information related to payroll earnings, deductions and taxes.

I have to extract, format, and align the required information from the source file into the spreadsheet format.

I am handling a tool called MONARCH which helps in extraction of information from various readable PDF file into an excel file.

I use tools like Excel, advanced Excel formulas, VBA Macros, Monarch, PDF converters to perform the conversion of data.

I will import the converted information into our renowned ADP Product called ADP WORKFORCENOW(WFN).

Operational Responsibilities:

Being part of various knowledge calls with onshore partners to get timely feedbacks and updates on relevant changes in procedures which is further communicated to team.

I have been handling escalations received from Onshore partners and address them on priority.

Monitoring & mentoring a team of 15 associates, in terms of Work allocation, leave management.

Analyzing forecast report and perform headcount analysis in order to handle year end volumes.

I am ensuring that team is meeting our standard SLA for conversion procedures.

Preparing weekly, monthly dashboard and AHT for the complete team to track the TAT, quality and utilization benchmarks are met.

Preparing SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) from time to time, which help team to get updates and information on real time.

Projects:

I have played key role as Subject expert under the DIGITHON initiative, where we Automate 9 tasks of our team with support of Technology partners which targets to save close 10 FTE’s.

I have done Two major automation projects such as Masterfile and Balances conversion for a vendor using VBA Macro which is saving 90% of manual efforts.

HRO HCM Services:

Business Responsibilities:

I have started with HRO Human Capital Management Services Team since March 2014 – Jan 2015.

HCM services team takes care of all HR related operational activates such as, Resume screening and searching, Background verifications, compensation analysis, Verification of employment reports, Handbooks, Leaves Administration (FMLA), Exit sessions for our client’s employees from Hiring to Retirement.

Major tasks handled are Verification of employment, Leaves Administration (FMLA) & Learning & Development (LSG).

Included me in working towards the benefits enrollments for all the employees of our clients during open enrollments.

I will be receiving e-mails from various entities i.e. Banks, Financial institutions, Mortgage Institutions for the verification of employment for our client’s employees. I generate various verification reports which includes their current employment status, there current pay information and other required information.

Operational Responsibilities:

Preparing MTD & YTD open and closed cases analysis report for the complete on-shore and off-shore team of HCM services.

Communicating with our Business Unit partners for new business transitions, finalizing SOP’s for the all the tasks, finalizing benchmarks of quality, SLA parameters of respective tasks.

Being an active member of team included me in team activities, huddles, meetings, supporting team in troubleshooting technical issues with desktops as and when needed.

Projects:

Introduced a tracker for our team to track all the manual cases under a single database using MS-Access and InfoPath, which extensively reduced the time frame for preparing weekly consolidation with this automation.

Worked for VIDEOCON D2H as DSC Coordinator – CS for its DSC operations Since March’2013 to Feb’ 2014.

Roles & Responsibility: -

Managing spare acquisition for all the DSC’s on the basis of their respective order history by placing indent to suffice the future contingency.

Consolidate productivity reports of all the service technicians from all the 25 Direct Service Centers (DSC’s) across Andhra Pradesh on daily basis and share the performance report with the respective circle head.

Preparing SLA deviation report for all the Installation and services calls and sending across all the circle head’s.

Conducting frequent briefing sessions with the service engineers in order to achieve the SLA

Communicate with other teams for necessary resolution of customers issues through mails.

Maintained consistency of 97% -INST & 93% - Service calls TAT.

Ensuring new updates on products & service charges related changes shared with the team.
