Responsible for the overall management of all Customer contracts, contracts with Suppliers and subcontractors. Client’s portfolio included but not limited to: (Saudi Aramco, Eni, Total, SNC Lavalin, ExxonMobil…). Total Customers portfolio value (more than 2.8 Billion USD).

Owns the Customer Contracts / Supplier Contracts process from the moment the tender evaluation commences / sourcing project launches, develop Tender/RFP/RFQ/RFI, propose strategy, assess pricing with Finance, contract’s negotiation, up to the contract close-outs and audit.

Reviews and assesses liabilities and commercial provisions present in Customer Contracts, Subcontracts or Supplier Contracts in order to provide expert advice to management and operations.
