Responsible for instructing participants of food retail store establishments in the state of Pennsylvania on food safety standards for ServSafe Food Safety Manager course. As well as administrating the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification examination. The information taught in these classes are based on FDA regulations, the National Restaurant Association standards for compliance.
