Presently working as Head of India Business Operations & Strategy with Cankids and handling multi center locations PAN India.

My Responsibilities Include:

Implementing the successful Change Management Strategy across Organization:

Implement the organizational assessments, culture assessments, employee assessments, and change assessments.

Assessment of the all-round after effects within the organization impacted by implementing new change.

Drafting the Business Road Maps and the longevity of the suggested change.

Monitor the Change Management training for the Team Managers and respective HOD.

Monitoring the training delivery to the employees as a part of the implemented change.

Monitoring the success, feedback and edits required in the implemented change.

Management of the Finance Operations:

Work closely with the HOD Finance to monitor income, expenditure and cash flow and update the organization’s budget accordingly, as per financial management system in place.

Record incoming financial resources, process all major invoices and expense claims.

Work with the Director, the Senior Team, reporting to the Board of Directors to set the annual budget and to draft project budgets for funders.

Maintain the company petty cash flow and petty cash allotment to different departments and monitor the departmental expenditure as per allocated budget and company policy.

Management of Office Operations, Analysis and Administration:

Monitoring the Change Management, Operations, People Management, Client engagement, strategic operations, organizational transformation, performance improvement, project management, Product Management, Business Strategy & Planning, Financial Analysis & Valuation and Negotiations.

Deal with all internal services, including utilities, supplies and office management.

Liaison and negotiate with external suppliers – including equipment lease agreements, insurance renewal and regular office checks ( fire safety, office maintenance, etc.)
