I have successfully opened, trained staff and ran a new international restaurant under Sun International Company.

My experience in Abu Dhabi has improved my knowledge in hygiene and cooking methodology.

I have ran a full on hotel operations and been part of the kitchen management planning and running Ned Bank Golf Challenge.

I knowledgeable in controlling labor cost, food cost and ensuring that kitchen hygiene is highly maintained.

I offer exceptional customer care and great career coaching for my juniors.

I maintain great relationships with all stakeholders. With my qualifications I am able to understand that management is beyond cooking, it involves all stakeholders such as consumers and the staff, financial planning and controlling and understanding the planning and implementation of new projects.
